Radovan Karadzic, leader of the Bosnian Serbs, pursued a course of "ethnic cleansing" as he struggled to gain independence from the Muslim-controlled Bosnian government in the former Yugoslavia. Indicted by the World Court in The Hague for his actions, Karadzic has allegedly been hotly pursued for the past eight years. However, he remains a free man, Does this fact lend credence to the existence of the ‘Holbrooke Deal’ in which he was promised freedom in exchange for his political retreat? Has Karadzic given up any of his political influence at all? Both Dragan Cavic, the President of the Bosnian Republic of Srpska and Dragan Kalinic, President of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska, Serbian Democratic Party (SDS) are close friends of Karadzic and continue to represent his ideals. Thus, Kardzic still enjoys enormous freedom, significantly more than international negotiators maintain. Recent research brings to light evidence of a secret international ring of protection from which the war criminal directly benefits. For the first time, Kardazic’s brother and his (supposedly dead) mother speak to the camera.
