Brian Tilley Brian Tilley is a native of Johannesburg. He has written and directed a number of films for South African and European television, including the fiction work THE LINE aka IN A TIME OF VIOLENCE (1994), and the documentaries FRUITS OF DEFIANCE (1989) and JOHANNESBURG STORIES (1996).
