George Kuchar is one of the most celebrated and prolific independent American videomakers of the last fifty years. On a bargain basement budget, he has created dozens of brilliantly edited, hilarious, observant, often diaristic works on celluloid and video. In 1992, Kuchar received the Maya Deren Award from the American Film Institute.
